OK y'all. Just in case you were wondering. I’ve been in love with the outdoors since I was a little kid! Used to fish and hunt all the time(never stopped). As a family, we lived outside…. As I got past High School(barely) my focus was on becoming a Sport Fishing boat captain. I went to the U.S. Coast Guard Captain school and quickly moved on to become a private Boat captain on a 56' Ocean Yacht called the “Reel Justice”. That’s where the whole tv deal got it’s start. I was living in Costa Rica running charters on the Reel Justice when I got the chance to host the Hit fishing show on Fox called “Reel Adventures”. After being a part of that show, I was absolutely sure, Outdoor television was the direction I was heading. Eventually, I was invited to be a fulltime member of that show and I took on the Responsibility as if it were a life and death situation! I can’t thank them enough for the opportunities I got but over the next few years, it became clear to me that my road was heading towards an outdoor show that had more to do with all of the outdoors, not just fishing. Well I had been earning Respect all of my life and believed Respect was one of the few things in this life that can never come free, so it earned the name of my new Show, Respect Outdoors, Not “Respect THE Outdoors” that’s only part of it! Respect Outdoors is about Respect for yourself, your family, the world we live in, the game we hunt, the fish we fish for and the people we deal with; it’s Respect Outdoor! Now, as host and Executive Producer of Respect Outdoors I vow to my Audience and sponsors to produce a Real show; a program that emphasizes the real world as we live it everyday. I will gladly take a smaller audience that watches the show and believes what we’re saying than a monster audience that only watches to be entertained. My promise is that if I’m using a product, it’s because I believe it’s the best possible product for that particular situation. I thank all of you for taking the time to read this little letter, there is much more to the story but I feel it will all be told in time.
